Your timing and notification was "spot on," so my family were able to plan things on the other end, and your delivery to me in London was prompt and fast. Your two guys who did the delivery, Cem and Tibor, were friendly, helpful and very efficient. They made moving up 3 flights of stairs look so easy, and my things were in great shape when they arrived. Overall things went so smoothly for me. Hello Twyla, First - just checking to see what the ETA for my car was so I can plan to either be there or have my wife be there to receive. Secondly - Just wanted to say thanks for a very enjoyable moving experience. We have not finished un packing yet but it appears that outside a vase everything is ship shape. The people that loaded us in Edmonton (Migel and his helper) were very polite and very professional. They did a very nice job and I was very pleased. The guys that came to unload (Gary and his helper) were once again very professional, and took care in unloading our household goods. I want to thank you for all your help and in answering all my questions even though I might have asked a few questions over and over again. I would highly recommend you folks to my friends.
